Why do we need Salvation? Here is the answer;
REALIZE

For all have sinned, and come short if the glory of God. Romans 3:23 KJV

[And how do you get saved? How do you receive remission for your sins? The Answer is Jesus.] The proof is in his word;
ACCEPT THE GIFT
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23 KJV
CONFESS & BELIEVE
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10 KJV
CALL UPON HIS NAME
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13 KJV

YOU MUST BE SAVED TO ENTER THE KINGDOM
Jesus answered , verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot  enter into the kingdom of God. John 3:5 KJV

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life John 3:16 KJV

YOU MUST REPENT AND BE BAPTISED
Then Peter said unto them, repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. Acts 2:38-39 KJV

THE WATER = BAPTISM, THE BLOOD SACRIFICE, RESURRECTION & A GOOD CONSCIENCE
For Christ also had once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the spirit: By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, While the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water[Genesis 5:32- 8:18]:
The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
Who is gone unto heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
1 Peter 3:18-22 KJV

And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord. Acts 22:16 KJV

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. 1 John 1:9-10

BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH
Saved By Grace not works Ephesians 2:8-10 KJV and the showing of true Faith  by works; James 2:14-26 KJV ;

For by Grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is a gift of God: not of Works less man should boast.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God had before ordained that we should walk in them.
Ephesians 2:8-10 KJV

What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful of the body; what doth it profit? Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without works, and I will shew thee my faith by thy works.

Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered his son upon the alter? [Genesis 22] Seest thou how wrought with his works, and by works  a man is justified, and not by faith only.
Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? [Joshua 6:25]

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
James 2:14-26 KJV

God's Grace

Romans 5

 1Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
 2By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
 3And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
 4And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
 5And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
 6For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
 7For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
 8But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
 9Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
 10For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
 11And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
 12Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
 13(For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
 14Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
 15But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
 16And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
 17For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
 18Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
 19For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
 20Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
 21That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

Forgiveness

For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

                                    Mathew 6:14 (KJV)

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us
 from all unrighteousness.
   1 John 1:9
    (KJV)

Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
Matthew 18:21-22

(KJV)

For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
Hebrews 8:12

(KJV)

And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Mark 11:25

(KJV)

(GOD)
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
Colossians 1:13-14
(KJV)

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

The Rapture

           And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven:
                   and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they
                    shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven
                      with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels
                             with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather
                                   together his elect from the four winds, from one end
                                                                                                       of heaven to the other.
                                     Matthew 24:30-31

Matthew 24

1And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

2And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
3And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8All these are the beginning of sorrows.

12And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
15When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

                     Abomination of Desolation

 [Daniel 9:25-27 (King James Version)

25Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

26And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

27And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.]  Stand in the Holy Place

In the old testament the book of Daniel a week represents a year
Threescore is an AngloSaxon (Old English) term meaning  60 weeks... A score is twenty years  thus threescore and two weeks means   two more years  62 years. And it first mentions 7 so 62+7= 69 years the  final year is mentioned after in the term week saying that
[Daniel 9:25-27] he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Thats the 70th year.

However there is a gap of time between the end on the 69th year and when the 70th will occur thus the meaning of what Jesus was saying when he said;
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.Matthew 24:35-36

2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

24:40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

19And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
[It won't be pretty for pregnant woman and woman with children.]
20But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
23Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Matthew 24:25
26Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

[There  are many predictions of the messiah,many who will be singled out as some supreme being and many people will be decieved by the Anti Christ  which could be a man or an organization representing the man who is the Anti Christ]
1 John 4:1-3
1Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

The Real Christ;

27For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
29Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

32Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
36But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
48But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

(King James Version)
